We have a competitive compensation structure for our team members that includes:

  • Starting Rate: $13.00 – $15.50 per hour (Skills and Experience Based)
  • Top Rate: $23.91 per hour
  • Off-shift Premium: $0.50 per hour
  • Additional Income Opportunity: Bonus – 13% (Non-exempt) and 18% (Exempt)
